Increase your productivity 
While the operator loads material on one side, the cutter continues operating on the other. This setup increases efficiency, keeps idle time to a minimum, and maximizes throughput. In a tandem setup, the working area consists of two vacuum plates that can be switched on and off independently of one another. Each side of the working area is equipped with controls for switching the vacuum on/off and for resuming production. Once the material is loaded, the vacuum can be re-activated on that side of the cutter. Once the material is properly loaded, the operator pushes the release button so processing can continue.

Roll-off unit cradle feeder 
The cradle feeder enables tension-free feeding of flexible textiles. At the center of this material-feeding system is a cradle consisting of rollers and conveyor belts that advance the material onto the working area of the cutter. A dancer bar continually registers fluctuations in the web tension. If needed, the enclosed unwinder regulates the drive speed and guarantees an absolutely tension-free material feed. The web edge control regulates the precise alignment of the material edge. If the sensor detects an irregularity, the cradle feeder automatically adjusts the horizontal alignment of the cradle. Because the roll is not on a shaft, there are no special requirements for the roll core. Even rolls with a kinked, broken, or missing core can be easily fed. The fast rewind function ensures the material is rewound tightly after processing.

Sheet Feeder 
Highly productive and reliable material feeding - convert your Zünd cutter into an automated production machine! Printed vinyl, film, and dense cardboard materials are transported from the loading table onto the cutting surface using suction cups. After processing, cut parts and waste are collected an off-load table. With this automated production workflow, you can easily handle even longer production runs.

The robust design of the Zünd Center Winder enables processing rolls up to a weight of 100 kg/220 lbs. The well-designed mechanics ensure consistent material tension.
