We collected approximately 50 business cards at the fair and we estimate that 15% of these have strong potential for future collaboration. The contacts hail from diverse locations, including Hong Kong, Australia, and Italy. Following up on the fair, we will confirm orders from 4 promising printing companies based in Mainland China and Hong Kong. We project these orders will secure a monthly revenue of around USD 20,000, equating to roughly 10,000 units. Overall, we are satisfied with these outcomes.
This marks our eighth year participating in this fair, and we plan to return again next year. Exhibiting at this event provides an effective means for showcasing our products and presenting our product ideas to a wider international audience.
We showcased a range of new products that are biodegradable, recyclable, and renewable, complemented by innovative printing techniques and packaging solutions. Our customer base this year has expanded beyond previous years, encompassing clients from South Africa, India, Australia, and Russia. Looking ahead, we are eager to collaborate with both small creative companies and large enterprises.
The Scan2match platform is useful as many customers scan the QR code to learn more about us while we were engaged at our booth. We will definitely come back next year.
As a first-time exhibitor, I believe we have successfully conveyed the message that we offer a wide range of services beyond basic logistics. We identified potential buyers from Southeast Asia and Mainland China, which aligns perfectly with our goal of expanding into the e-commerce service market in Thailand and Vietnam. This year, we are aiming to secure five new orders.
We are displaying an array of sustainable packaging at the fair. As a first-time exhibitor, we hope to leverage this opportunity to connect with international customers and partners. We successfully met one potential client who represents a new Malaysia brand of skincare products, and two potential clients from Hong Kong. Through the Click2match platform, we met companies from India and Mexico. I find the Scan2match platform useful to connect visitors and exhibitors as some visitors are scanning our booth code.
With over a decade of experience attending this trade fair, our participation this year has been geared towards further expanding our connections within the Southeast Asia region. As of the second day, we have already established more than 30 new prospective contacts. Additionally, we have identified 4 potential suppliers from Mainland China for our tin can, paper box, and gift box design needs. We have also leveraged the Click2match platform to schedule 6 meetings with suppliers based in Hong Kong, Korea, and Mainland China.
We are actively seeking suppliers for eco-friendly coffee cups, straws, and higher-end gift boxes. We anticipate placing packaging orders totaling approximately USD 200,000, including 10,000 to 20,000 gift boxes and 50,000 to 100,000 coffee-related items.
Through the Click2Match platform, we were able to connect with two companies from Guangzhou and Dongguan on the first day, both of which specialize in custom services for higher-end gift boxes. We plan to continue leveraging this digital platform to obtain the latest information and engage with various exhibitors in the future.
