The Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair will be staged at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 6 – 9 January 2025 alongside the online ‘Click2Match’ business matching platform (30 December 2024 – 16 January 2025). Entering its 23rd edition, the trade fair is expected to showcase a comprehensive range of stationery products, providing an ideal one-stop sourcing platform for buyers.

Hong Kong, 24 January 2024. The 22nd Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair concluded on 11 January after four days of high-quality business development and networking for the industry. Close to 13,900 visitors from 114 countries and regions, filtered through the aisles of the fair, caught up on the latest industry trends, and engaged with exhibitors. Overseas buyers hailed from India, Indonesia, Japan, Mainland China, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and the US.
International buyers return at first three trade fairs in 2024
The 50th HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, 15th HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and 22nd Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair concluded successfully at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre today. The four-day physical fairs attracted some 83,000 buyers from 135 countries and regions and saw international buyers return, a promising start for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) trade shows this year.
2024 Toys & Games Fair, Baby Products Fair, Stationery & School Supplies Fair open today
The first round of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) 2024 trade shows, the 50th HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, 15th HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and 22nd Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair, jointly organised by the HKTDC and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, launched today at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The three physical fairs will run concurrently until 11 January and bring together more than 2,600 exhibitors to showcase a wide range of inspiring toys, quality baby products and creative stationery.
The industry’s first trade fair of the year – Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair 2024 opens today
Hong Kong, 8 January 2024. Poised to kick off the trading season of the Stationery & School Supplies industry, this year’s event has attracted exhibitors from 12 countries and regions including Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, the UAE, the US and Vietnam. With a wide array of international buyers also expected to be in attendance, participants are preparing for productive business at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 8 – 11 January. The Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and Hong Kong Baby Products Fair are organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), while the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair is jointly organised by the HKTDC and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd.

With dates confirmed and exhibitor registration in full swing, preparations for the 22nd edition of the popular sourcing trade fair are well underway. The focus will fall on maximising business opportunities in one of Asia’s most international cities. The fair will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 8 – 11 January 2024 alongside the online ‘Click2Match’ business matching platform (8 – 18 January). Expanded product categories include school supplies, learning resources, gift stationery, pen & paper, creative art, and office supplies. In addition, the category of green stationery displays innovative sustainable paper products to equip the modern workplace.

Quality business encounters and a constructive start to the business year: these were the key takeaways for participants as the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair drew to a close on 12 January. After a two edition hiatus due to the pandemic, the fair, together with the concurrent Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair attracted more than 21,000 in-person and online buyers, including a strong international mix from ASEAN, Brazil, Mainland China, Chile, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Middle East.
First three trade fairs in 2023 conclude successfully
The latest trade fairs organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) recorded encouraging traffic and exhibitor participation, with many buyers placing orders at the fairground.
