Winemaking:

This wine is made of Chardonnay, pressed at low temperature using air bags after manual selection, the juice is clarified at low temperature, and the fruit aroma is greatly retained.

The wine is fresh straw green, fruity and fragrant, with aromas of rose, citrus, melon, grapefruit and yellow peach, and the mouth is full of aromas, and the full, fresh and lively acidity enhances the depth and length of this wine.
