The Cabernet Merlot was produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 1a & 3a of our Estate. The wine is dark ruby red in colour. Aromatics of ripe plums are accompanied by a perfume of violets and notes of tobacco leaf and dried oregano. The palate is soft and generous, featuring a platter of briar and dark stone fruits and finishing with notes of mocha and toasted oak. Elegant tannins provide length and a supple structure.
