Svatovavřinecké 2022 is a red wine crafted from overripe botrytis grapes, macerated on the skins for two months. The wine offers an abundant aroma of compote strawberries, complemented by notes of dark fruit and a hint of wood. With a round and delicate flavor profile, it showcases an expressive body that achieves excellent harmony with fine tannins, resulting in a long aftertaste enriched by subtle oak nuances.

Sauvignon with an intense aroma of blackcurrant, peach, and tropical fruit notes. Its brisk acidity, balanced by a hint of sweetness, creates a vibrant, fruity flavor profile. The reductive winemaking process ensures the wine remains light and refreshingly crisp.

The wine is golden in color, with a delightful aroma reminiscent of rose petals and sweet citrus peel. This aromatic profile carries through to the palate, where it is supported by a touch of sweetness from contact with acacia wood, culminating in a spicy finish. The newly bred variety Agni was created by crossing André and Irsai Oliver. Thanks to this combination, the wine exhibits a distinct aroma of violets and lilac, enhanced by partial maturation in oak barrels, which adds a touch of barrique notes. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, aged in a combination of Slavonian oak barrels, acacia barrels, and stainless steel tanks. It features notes of yellow and citrus fruits, complemented by caramel, vanilla, butter, and a hint of oak. The wine has a long aftertaste and a full-bodied profile.

This wine is made from the PIWI variety Hibernal. It features intense aromatics of blackcurrant, jostaberry, and exotic fruits, which carry through to the palate, where they are balanced by sweetness and firm acidity.
