The premium fresh white tea leaves are picked during continuing sunny days. They are then dried out on the bamboo mat one by one very carefully. • Silver needle: made of only one fat bud; it looks like bright silvery needles; the liquid is clear pale yellow with a floral flavor. The appearance, soup and taste are all enjoyable to your eyes, tongue and heart.
• Pai Mu Tan: it is made of one bud with one tender leaf or two leaves. The bud is silvery and the leaves are green (looks like a flower). With the natural floral fragrance, the name Pai Mu Tan (white peony) represents its characteristics.
