Processing of white tea is most natural and
simple. The fresh leaves are picked and then
wither to dry. While it’s most difficult. Only
during continuing sunny days, premium fresh
leaves are picked and put on bamboo mat one
by one carefully. The leaves can not be piled
and broken to guarantee the quality of the tea.

The difficulty of processing makes white tea
very precious. The natural processing makes

Silver Needle(Bai Hao Yin Zhen)
It is made of carefully selected top-quality tea
buds. The tea looks bright silver, the liquid is
clear pale yellow with floral flavour.

Pai Mu Tan (White Peony)
The tea is made of one bud with one tender
leaf or two leaves. The bud is silvery and the
leaves are green,looks like a flower. With

Tan (white peony) is so true to it’s characteristics.
