The fairs will be organised concurrently withheld alongside the Hong Kong Gifts &amp; Premium Fair, Hong Kong International Printing &amp; Packaging Fair and DeLuxe PrintPack Hong Kong. The Hong Kong International Licensing Show and Asian Licensing Conference will be held from 28 to -30 April. New dates for Home InStyle 2025 and Fashion InStyle 2025

NAMI has developed a nano-encapsulated phase change material (Nano-PCM) for the application in thermal regulating textile. The textile products can provide a regulating function upon the change of environmental conditions, offering an effective buffer against ambient temperature fluctuations. Cellulose-based materials from wood and cotton have found wide applications in textile industries. Plantation of wood and cotton, however, do not meet the exceedingly high demands, and this has already led to environmental issues including deforestation. In addition, there is a strong public appeal to the use of renewable resources in lieu of plant-based or tree-based cellulose materials. NAMI’s Sustainable NanoCelluose Fiber is fabricated from spent materials such as plant husks or fruit peels in the presence of bacteria that are harmless to human. By controlling the conditions in biosynthesis, nanocelluose with high purity, high degree of crystallinity and higher mechanical strength compared to plant-based or tree-based cellulose materials can be obtained. In comparison to regenerated fibers produced from viscose process, NAMI’s Sustainable NanoCelluose Fiber is stronger and tougher fiber that can be used in athleisure wear, woven and knitted garment, potentially replacing the markets of synthetic fibers, while leveraging the comfort characteristics of cellulosic fibers. Coronaviruses are now shown to reside on textiles and garments for more than one day. Textiles can act as the transmission medium of viruses. Antimicrobial fabric treatments that are typically used do not demonstrate virucidal capability. Many of these treatments are not durable against multiple laundry cycles. NAMI’s washable antimicrobial textile is the result of surface modification of finished fibers with covalently bonded antimicrobial agents, in contrast to the traditional physical coating on fibers.
