We can convert your trade compliance documents into an electronic format for submission:

Four Ways to Submit Paper Documents

  1. Walk-in Service
    Visit our service centres and let us convert your trade compliance documents including TDEC, DCP, CO, EMAN and ROCARS into an electronic format for submission to the Government
    • Ensures a quick conversion of your paper documents into electronic format upon receiving them
    • Extensive network coverage across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories with around 100 Tradelink Service Centres available
    • Our partners in providing the service comprises renowned representatives from various organisations





  2. Free Pick-up Service
    A free-of-charge courier pick-up for your paper trade declaration forms from any address you specify for your conversion into electronic format. Service available for TDEC forms only.
    1. Call pick-up hotline 8102-2020
    2. Your paper TDEC forms will be picked up by us from any address you specify
      • Phone order placed from 9:00am-1:00pm on Monday to Friday will be picked up in the afternoon on the same day
    3. We will convert them into electronic format and submit to the Government
    4. Properly completed TDEC forms will be converted into electronic declaration messages to send to the Government on the next working day

  3. Postal Service
    Post your paper trade declaration forms to us for data processing. Service available for TDEC forms only.
    1. Prepare a cheque with sufficient payment, payable to “Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited”
    2. Enclose both the cheque and your completed TDEC forms in a sealed envelope and mail the envelope to below address
    3. We will convert them into electronic format and submit to the Government
    4. If you wish to receive the official payment receipt by post, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage with the forms.

  4. Data Entry Service
    We provide a cost-effective data entry service to customers with resources issues whether long term or ad-hoc in handling import/export declarations (e.g. resources constraints, without staff possessing the know-how to handle the work).
    Send us your shipping documents (e.g. bill of lading/packing list/invoice, etc.) by email or our pick-up service. We will input all relevant information including corresponding HS codes into the trade declaration forms to prepare the electronic submission to the Government. Service available to TDEC forms only.
