I am the Mayor for one of the local councils of Malaysia. I am here to know about smart city solutions and how they can manage our needs. For instance, I am looking for garbage management solutions, safe security and smart solutions to solve traffic congestion. I am able to find some at this exhibition. This is my first time at the exhibition and I would love to join again. The fair is large in scale, very well managed and has been a huge success. We hope this exhibition will give us an opportunity to implement our smart city. We’ve already implemented some solutions and InnoEX is the place where we can look for more.
Our primary goal in participating in the fair is to explore marketing innovation and data analysis solutions. Personally, I'm focused on seeking products and solutions related to AI and robotics, particularly those that contribute to marketing innovation and data analytics. The fair's scale is massive; one can spend two full days walking and still not meet with all exhibitors. During the fair, I've met companies from Taiwan and mainland China that excel in analytics tools, including dashboard solutions. It's worth noting that the emerging market trends in Hong Kong, and potentially in mainland China, revolve around AI and robotics.
I am participating in this exhibition on behalf of the digital technology department of Ant Group. Our department is responsible for projects including Alipay, mainly focusing on artificial intelligence, big data, and Web3.0 related projects. The exhibition's scale is impressive, covering a wide array of industries and attracting exhibitors not only from major companies but also from Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. I'm hoping to participate again next year. We're interested in establishing connections for potential future projects. We'll leave our contact information for follow-up discussions. Our typical order amounts range from over one million RMB, with some reaching over ten million RMB, depending on project requirements.
Based in Korea, Naver provides IT platform services such as search and AI in tech. The fair is not that different from my expectation but I was kind of surprised that there are many tiny products here. Also, I was amazed by the solutions and close interactions between different companies. The 3D map solution is quite advanced than I thought. This time, I exchanged contacts with a startup from Hong Kong providing solutions for WhatsApp, Instagram and those social media. It is quite interesting for me. I might introduce it to my company if there’s any chance. There are 2-3 new suppliers identified through this fair. One of them is about a university in Hong Kong. I am just satisfied with this number. The scale of InnoEx is huge and international. All the meetings arranged by HKTDC are satisfying. However, in my own view, more introduction of exhibitors’ solutions and more displays will be better for the exhibition experience.
Our purpose in participating in the exhibition is to showcase the BeiDou satellite technology to global clients, including the Hong Kong government, other industries and global countries. We aim to demonstrate the advantages of BeiDou satellites and showcase their characteristics in industrial and personal internet applications.
This year marks our first participation in the InnoEX, and it has been immensely beneficial for us. Firstly, on the first day of the exhibition, representatives from the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau, the HKTDC, the Financial Secretary's Office, and other government departments visited our booth to learn about the applications of BeiDou satellites in various industries. They provided valuable feedback, greatly assisting us in promoting our applications in Hong Kong. Secondly, within the first day and a half, we received nearly 120 visitors, including clients from Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Middle East, and other countries. Many of them were introduced to the new applications of Chinese BeiDou satellites within industries for the first time. Overall, InnoEX helped us refine our solutions and products, facilitating our smooth entry into overseas markets and generating numerous business opportunities. We also received small batch orders, mainly for mini-antenna products. We are certain to participate again next year and plan to showcase more local applications from Hong Kong.
InnoEX enables all domestic industries from mainland China aspiring to venture overseas to gain a better understanding of Hong Kong's innovative industries. They realize that Hong Kong can help them build platforms, connect with the global ecosystem, which offers immense appeal for mainland enterprises to develop in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is an excellent platform to serve this purpose.
We are a research centre at the University level in Singapore covering all functions related to FinTech, such as PhD program, master program and also online training classes for the general public. We come here to get our programs more exposure and new sign-ups for online classes. And we are looking forward to any potential collaborators who might be interested in our credit scoring and credit risk model. We got about 20 new leads from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada and Southeast countries on the first day. They are mainly SMEs focusing on FinTech and digital financial innovation. What we prefer more in InnoEx is the digital financial opportunity with cross border. As a professor, I rarely attend industry commercial conferences, and I was really impressed by the huge traffic of attendees from cross industries. It was a really good experience even though it is my first time here. Yet, the atmosphere, crowded traffic and variations on products are far more away from my expectation. There is nothing that disappoints me here. InnoEx brings us a deeper understanding of the Hong Kong and Mainland China market from an educational standpoint.
We are exhibitors organized by the government institutions. This year, we have brought together 16 innovative enterprises from Shenzhen, showcasing over 70 products. This is our second year participating in the exhibition. Due to the positive feedback received last year, with many companies securing overseas orders, we decided to continue participating this year. The organizers have been very attentive, and we have felt their dedication during the pre-event coordination. The exhibition has attracted many international buyers with strong purchasing power, which aligns well with our products. There are also staff members guiding buyers to our exhibition area, which is very beneficial. The exhibition's environment and design are meticulously planned, with clear signs and guidance. We hope to lead more high-quality Shenzhen enterprises to participate again next year. This year's exhibition has received a lot of positive feedback from companies. We serve approximately 1000 to 2000 visitors daily, establishing contacts with roughly 500 to 600 potential customers. Currently, our 16 companies have collectively received over 1000 orders, marking a remarkable achievement. A conservative estimate places the total value at around 2 million US dollars.
Established in 2000, we are a smart city solution provider and one of the first 26 technology companies certified by the Macao Economic and Technological Development Institute. This year, we followed Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (MPTTC) to the Electronics Fair, where we showcased three solutions, namely Noise Surveillance Solution, Internet of Things (IoT) Hardware, and Indoor Positioning and Navigation Solution, which we initially targeted at Hong Kong government, architects and developers. We also made more than 20 new connections at the fair, mostly from Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and India. HKTDC also arranged a Vietnamese customer for us. We estimate that there will be US$500,000 in orders this time, which is a very satisfactory amount for our first time participation. One of our customers came back to us on the second day to discuss with us. I can really feel his sincerity and his wish to make this cooperation possible and we would like to come back to participate in the Electronics Fair in the future.
Founded in 2015 and based in Beijing, our company focuses on the research, development, production and manufacturing of industrialized and non-industrialized collaborative robotics. The fair provides a great platform for our brands to go international, which is a cost-effective way to expand our market overseas. This is our first time to participate in the fair this year. We are very thankful to HKTDC for giving us a very advantageous booth with a large area. I can say that this time we have achieved or even exceeded our objectives. The biggest takeaway is definitely the broad exposure of our brand awareness in Hong Kong, there are 3-4 companies from Mexico that are interested in our industrialized products, while there are some non-industrialized companies from Russia, the United States, and the Philippines. During the fair, I dare to say that our booth was one of the most crowded ones in this zone, and we provided a lot of application cases, such as our Coffee Collaboration Robot which made more than 1,500 cups of coffee on-site for people to experience.
Our company demonstrated our leading holographic imaging technology and products at InnoEX, which project images into mid-air and then manipulate them. This technology can be applied to new energy vehicles, medical and healthcare equipment, and non-contact elevators, to name a few. We have more than 700 patented products and technologies. We are exhibiting just because Hong Kong is our first target market, and then we will further expand to Macau, Southeast Asia and then Europe, and America. At the same time, we are looking for some new investors and some B2G and B2B buyers. We talked to potential customers from Hong Kong, Guangdong, and Southeast Asia. Overall, I had an engaging experience at InnoEX, which is the largest trade show we've ever attended in a non-domestic country, with a particularly diversified clientele who always trust our products. We are very grateful to HKTDC for arranging a visit from the legislative members. It gave us more exposure to our brand in Hong Kong and internationally. We also learned what we can do to improve and develop a precise strategy tailored to the local culture. If there is any good chance, I will participate in InnoEX next year.
