Museums do not only achieve significant revenue growth but also attract a wider range of audience. This licensing model has found its way beyond museums to include conservation groups, enabling them to develop "Green IP" and diversify their sources of income for sustainable initiatives such as funding research studies and conservation projects.<br /><br />During the session, Ms Lisa Zhang, Co-Founder, Alfilo Brands, will share her insights into the application of the IP licensing model to the Narwhal Ocean Research Centre, a conservation group that has leveraged IP licensing to achieve their sustainable goals in marine life education and to conduct marine scientific research. By leveraging this strategy, they have secured additional revenues while actively contributing to the protection of marine ecosystem.<br /><br />Through collaborations with brands and initiatives such as location-based entertainment, themed events, and immersive experiences, Zhang has successfully broadened the appeal to both international and mainland audiences, particularly the younger generation.
