Description

Xintec Magnetic Door Contact consists of a reed contact and a permanent magnet. When the door or window is opened, the reed contact is opened as the magnet is taken away, the magnetic field altered and the signal line interrupted. These are often used in rigorous environments of commercial and industrial applications. The low profile housing of the floor mount unit, containing reed switches, are encased in a specific potting material, preventing damage due to moisture or humidity.
