I think this is an extremely interesting and well-conducted conference. It is in its seventh year now, and I have seen improvements every year. Currently, it is the premiere conference of its type in the world.

We came here to spread awareness that CN is a big player in North America. Working with the Port of Vancouver and other ports is the best way for shippers to see what North America can offer. Our booth is in a good spot and is a nice size. We met some companies in the business-matching session. That’s a pretty good result.

Since the logistics industry is going through a very difficult phase at present, these new areas of growth can help industry players. As cross-border transportation is growing at a huge rate, certain discussions on topics like fin-tech and e-commerce compliance are also very helpful.
